Meh @ the mesmer changes. 90% of monster chants in PvE aren't worth interrupting in the first place. But for PvP, bringing the Power series against P-heavy teams just got somewhat interesting.
[edit] FC also reduces signet activation times by 3% per rank.

Bad Repurcussions: People are gonna be shouting "DON'T CHANGE SR" and are gonna get even more pissed when it's finally changed.

Energy every 5 seconds is NOT acceptable.
Energy 3 times every 15 seconds is NOT acceptable.
Energy from creatures dying, with no time restriction, but none from spirits and half from your own minions IS acceptable.
Make SR work the way it should work, not the way that PvP'ers want it to work. Are they purposely trying to kill Necromancers?
Nice little nerf for the challenge missions too, there goes the LB/SS farm run out of Sahlahja. That was something I really enjoyed doing. Thank you Anet!
I swear this game gets worse every week.
Edit: OK, seems the challenge mission thing is a bug or whatever, HM will be re-added to those locations. But I am still not pleased with SR...

About the SR change. At the moment I get 12e every 5 seconds that's 36e within 15 seconds.
After this change I still get a total of 36e within the 15 seconds but then what? I have to wait a further 15 seconds for more e gain...
wtf leave it as it is please! I'd rather keep the current gimp to SR than this alternative.

This is probably an info leak, I cant believe AN seriously thinks the mesmer changes as listed here are going to improve mesmers in Pve.

Me/P support should be interesting in any case, with fast casting on cautery signet, signet of purification, and signet or return...
or think of rez signet with fast casting... should prove interesting for PvP mesmers, anyway

I don't think the pvpers want it the way its worded atm.Alot of them on this forum have even said they don't like it how it is and have even suggested it should be changed to way you want it.

These updates are not even in the game, so they aren't the changes YET. I'm sure these will be included in the upcoming update, but I doubt these were meant to be released like this.
EDIT: It seems Fc was updated to include signets, so I'm no sure anymore

I know its tough to wade through the other thread so I will tell you. It was NOT PvE. You will have people who play PvE that will swear up and down it was but lets make it clear that it was not the PvE side. Allegedly ANET thought the scope of SR was broken across the board in spite of 2+ years of identical functionality. Logic would tell me that it was the PvP side complaining about the spirit spammers, but ANET has said it was not due to them.
Basically if you take that to be true, it was ANET who complained and neither side of the game.
